Fred Ledesma Named President of Goodwest

December 21, 2015 RANCHO CUCAMONGA Calif. ― Goodwest Linings and Coatings announced today that Fred Ledesma has been named President of Goodwest, effective immediately. Ledesma will oversee the company’s sales, operations, and finances. The position was previously held by Ryan Sears, who will remain actively involved in strategy and business development.

A 30-year veteran of the coatings industry, Ledesma worked for two paint manufacturers before joining Goodwest in 2008. His technical expertise and experience quickly made him an instrumental part of Goodwest, earning him a promotion to Vice President of Operations in 2010. After a brief hiatus in 2015, Ledesma has returned to Goodwest as President.

“Fred is respected throughout the industry for a reason. When people have a technical question, they know he’s the guy to ask,” said Ryan Sears. “Fred is the perfect person to lead Goodwest because he embodies what we stand for: integrity, experience, and service.”
