August 04, 2010 RANCHO CUCAMONGA Calif. — In its continuing effort to refine processes that allow for consistent quality and lead times, Goodwest Rubber Linings has implemented an Enterprise Resource Management software system.

By utilizing Global Shop Solutions, Goodwest is able to closely monitor each job. This system provides instant visibility into the status of every job and easily share specific job information throughout the organization.

Multiple steps are tracked for each specific job. The ERP system includes modules for vendor management, inventory, shop floor control, financials, shipping/receiving, and customer resource management.

President Ryan Sears says, "The new ERP system is necessary to track the immense amount of information required to manage each custom job as we continue to grow." He continued, "It's a great resource that allows us to ensure details don't get missed, and provide consistent quality and delivery times."
