New Hires Support Growth Plans for Goodwest
July 30, 2014 RANCHO CUCAMONGA Calif. ― Goodwest Linings & Coatings has added two seasoned professionals to the company to support new growth opportunities in the industrial coating business.
Patrick Sears, Vice President of Sales at Goodwest, said, "Linings and coatings are increasingly being recognized as vital elements of an industrial system, with a significant impact on safety, liability, cost, and maintenance. This is creating more opportunities for our company, which specializes in offering the broadest range of lining and coating materials and application techniques."
Ray Castillo has joined Goodwest as Safety and Quality Assurance Manager. Ray was previously a safety and quality control manager in the aerospace industry. He is well versed and trained in OSHA safety requirements, including OSHA 511, OSHA 5119, OSHA Accident Investigation Certification and OSHA Forklift Training Certification. Ray has also been trained and worked with execution teams on Lean Manufacturing principles.
Another new hire is Jay Patelia, who will work as Inside Sales/Estimator for the pipe, pump and structural division. He has almost a decade of business-to-business experience dealing with key procurement executives. Jay’s addition allows Goodwest to continue to provide on-time pricing as well as superior customer service.
